Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services:

1.1 The cleaning company, hereafter referred to as "clean globe limited" agrees to provide commercial, residential, and other types of cleaning services to clients within the Canterbury region.

2. Service Agreement:

2.1 Clients must agree to a service agreement outlining the scope of work, frequency of service, and pricing before services commence.

2.2 Any changes to the service agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Pricing and Payment:

3.1 Pricing for cleaning services will be determined based on the scope of work, frequency of service, and any additional requests made by the client.

3.2 Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement and must be adhered to by the client.

3.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding payments are made.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

4.1 Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning services.

4.2 Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Liability:

5.1 The Company will take reasonable care when providing cleaning services, but will not be held liable for damages resulting from normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.

5.2 Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to the Company's arrival for cleaning services.

6. Insurance:

6.1 The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage for liability and workers' compensation.

6.2 Clients are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage for any damages or losses that may occur on their property.

7. Health and Safety:

7.1 The Company will adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing cleaning services.

7.2 Clients must ensure a safe working environment for cleaning staff, including clear pathways and access to necessary utilities.

8. Confidentiality:

8.1 The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties.

9. Termination of Services:

9.1 Either party may terminate services with written notice to the other party.

9.2 In the event of termination, any outstanding payments must be settled according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution:

10.1 Any disputes arising from the services provided under this agreement will be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

10.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek legal recourse as necessary.

11. Governing Law:

11.1 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

12. Amendments:

12.1 These terms and conditions may be amended by the Company with written notice to the client.

By engaging the services of the Company, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
