We Own Every Job, Start to Finish.

Too many organisations spend time following up missed tasks, repeating the same instructions and trying to find out who is responsible. We created a more accountable alternative.

We remain independently owned, which allows us to listen, respond and build each service around the way a property and team actually operates. Our established teams serve Christchurch, Hawke’s Bay and Southland, and our mobilisation capability allows us to deliver suitable work nationwide.

What independent ownership means for our customers

Clean Globe is not a franchise. The people responsible for the business remain close to customer relationships, service decisions and the standards delivered onsite. That creates a shorter path between raising a concern and getting the right person involved.

Independence also gives us room to tailor the service. We can assess the property, build the scope around actual priorities and choose products, equipment, reporting and team arrangements that fit the work rather than forcing every customer into the same package.

That flexibility still sits inside a structured process. Quotes, onboarding information, site instructions, health and safety controls and reporting expectations are documented so the service is clear to our customer and the team delivering it.

Growing Our Impact

How we combine local teams with nationwide capability

Our established teams in Christchurch, Hawke’s Bay and Southland provide local knowledge and day to day accountability in those regions. For suitable work elsewhere, we assess the most practical delivery approach, whether that means mobilising an existing team, recruiting and onboarding locally, or establishing another directly employed team.

The customer receives a clear proposal outlining the scope of work, location specific requirements and assumptions, key contacts, mobilisation requirements and proposed start arrangements. This ensures each new service is properly planned, resourced and ready to commence smoothly.
