Our process

Changing Cleaners Should Not Be Hard

Changing cleaning providers can feel like a lot of work. We make the process straightforward by taking care of the detail from the first site visit through to your first clean and beyond.
We take the time to understand your workplace, what matters to you and what you want done differently. From there, we build the service around your site, prepare the team and make sure everyone knows what is expected before cleaning begins.

We start by understanding what you actually need

No two workplaces operate in exactly the same way, so we do not start with a standard cleaning package.

One of our sales team members meets you onsite, walks through the premises and talks with you about what you need, what matters most and what you want improved. We want to hear about the obvious requirements, but also the details that make a difference – the areas your current cleaner regularly misses, tasks that are not being completed properly and the pet peeves you do not want carried into a new service.

We also discuss how often different tasks should be completed and whether you would like periodic or specialist services such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning or floor care scheduled alongside the regular clean.

That information becomes the basis for a cleaning programme tailored to your site.

How it works

From first meeting to first clean

1.

Meet onsite

We meet you at your premises, walk through the areas that need cleaning and discuss your priorities, operating requirements, access, current challenges and the things you want done differently.

2.

Build the service

We work through the cleaning tasks, frequencies, preferred timing and any periodic or specialist services you would like included.

3.

Prepare the proposal

Our Sales Manager prepares a tailored proposal outlining the agreed scope, service details, pricing and terms and conditions.

4.

Approve

You have the opportunity to ask questions or request changes before accepting. Once you are happy, you accept the proposal and sign the service agreement online.

5.

Onboard

We send you a simple onboarding form to gather the information needed to set up your service, including emergency contacts, alarm and access details, preferred start date and important site specific information.

6.

Prepare the team

We arrange key collection where required, introduce you to the cleaner assigned to your site and complete their onsite induction before the service begins.

7.

Start cleaning

Your cleaning service begins on the agreed date. We supply the chemicals and equipment required to complete the work unless another arrangement has been specifically requested.

8.

Report and stay connected

Your cleaner clocks in and out through our system, completes a before and after report after every clean and communicates with you through your dedicated online site chat.

Process - easy communication-100kb

Easy communication with the people looking after your site

Every customer is set up with a dedicated online chat connecting them with their cleaner and the Clean Globe management team. This gives you a simple way to communicate about your site, whether you need something done differently, have an event coming up, want extra attention given to a particular area or simply need to ask a question.

It also means the people responsible for delivering and managing your service have visibility over any changes, concerns or requests relating to your site.

Clean Globe Process - ongoing quality checks

Ongoing quality checks

Starting well is important but maintaining the standard matters just as much. Which is why a Clean Globe supervisor visits your site every three months to complete a quality audit, with additional audits carried out sooner when required. These visits allow us to check the service against the agreed scope, identify anything that needs attention and make sure the cleaning programme continues to suit the way your workplace operates.

Frequently Asked Questions

For ongoing commercial cleaning, we generally prefer to meet you onsite. This allows us to understand the property properly, discuss what you need and prepare an accurate scope and price rather than making assumptions.

Anything that is important to you. We want to know what needs cleaning, how often different tasks should be completed and how the site operates. Just as importantly, tell us about the things that frustrate you now - areas that regularly get missed, jobs that are not completed properly or anything you want the new service to improve.

Yes. If you need services such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, floor care or other specialist work completed periodically, we can discuss these during the site visit and incorporate them into the service plan where appropriate.

This depends on the size and complexity of the site and your preferred start date. Once the proposal is accepted, we work through onboarding, staffing, access and induction requirements with you and agree a practical commencement date.

Yes. Clean Globe supplies the equipment and cleaning products required to deliver the agreed service unless another arrangement has been specifically requested and agreed.
